تأسست منظمة بلو سكاي التطوعية (BSVO) في فبراير 2010، وهي منظمة تطوعية إنسانية تنموية ليس لها أي انتماءات دينية أو سياسية أو عرقية أو حكومية. بلو سكاي هي منظمة تأخذ مبادئ العمل الخيري والتضامن من خلال تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية المباشرة للاجئين والنازحين العائدين والمجتمعات المستضيقة وهي تعمل في مجالات الأمن الغذائي وسبل كذب العيش ، مجال التعليم ، الصحة و التغذية، المياه ، الأصحاح البيئ و التدريب و بناء القدرات.

Mission
BSVO organization mission is to serve individuals and families in the poorest communities in the Sudan. Having Sub offices in different states including Mission South Kordofan , Khartoum , Kassala West Kordofan, Blue Nile , Red Sea , Sinnar , While Nile, River Nile , Drawing Provide humanitarian services with transparency without bias, without discrimination for all vulnerable groups. - Work actively as partner - Achieve work quality in all steps and committed to implement goal, budget in time frame. - Accountability - Integrate women and children programs into all programs. - Gander Observation strength from existing experiences to promote innovative solutions and advocates for responsibility.
Goals
* Raising awareness: it is the awareness of the family of their duties such as:
Cultural, social and health awareness by holding seminars and seminars,
distributing publications that explain and explaining to them in each of the
listed fields, and seeking the help of experts and specialists in those fields.
* Disasters: The organization should have a presence in areas of conflicts, wars,
and natural disasters, and work to prevent and mitigate the scourge of those
disasters in the people of that region, work for peace, meet basic needs of
healthy and clean water, provide food, and make adequate shelter to the last of
humanitarian needs.
* Development: by creating sustainable projects that benefit the people of the region.
* coordination and cooperation with official and popular Authorities, community leaders, Donors and other organizations
* Combating harmful practices
* Capacity building of the local communities: training of native administration on conflicts resolution and the participation of women
